1/1/25 opening of the subscribe page for the 1st Flanders Fields Gravel Tour! End of pre-subscribings 31 May 2025 - when looking for lodgings we strongly advise not to wait too long (see the page with hotel formulas and tariffs).

06/06/2025 ***permanence evening before (if you are there already), distribution starting packages at the Biking Bar also known as the Biking Box cycling experience centre (Menenstraat 15, Ypres).

07/06/2025 ***7.45 - 9.00 distribution starting packages for those who arrive in Ypres on Friday morning.Official start at 9.30 for the first group - we spread up the peloton in smaller groups to avoid a too big peloton. Every 2 minutes another group will be allowed to start. Who rides the shorter distance can start till 11.00 hrs.from 15.00 till 18.00 hrs you can enjoy the APRES-BIKE atmosphere including massage service, all situated in our start/finish area: the football stadium of KVK Westhoek.reminder: every evening at 20.00 hrs exactly you can witness the famous and touching Last Post ceremony at the nearby Menin Gate Memorial. On Saturday evening (before the last stage) the whole peloton of the Flanders Fields Gravel Tour is invited to go in group to the Last Post, including the wreath laying.

Who rides the shorter distance can start till 11.00 hrs.from 14.00 till 18.00 hrs you can enjoy the APRES-BIKE atmosphere including massage service at the finish (stadium KVK Westhoek).

If you choose the shortcut today, free start till 11.00 hrs.You can enjoy the APRES-BIKE atmosphere at the finish, today situated at the historic Central Square ("Grote Markt") Ypres.
